The use of the real estate website, ‘Buy my House’, implies the accepting of the conditions established.
The real estate website is free, there are some extra services which do require payment.
The user must make correct use of the system, they must not damage or alter it. If this does occur, then the necessary legal measures will be taken.
The advertisements and logos that appear on ‘Buy My House’ are exclusive property of the website. Meaning, that the use of these images are totally prohibited without authorisation of the company.
‘Buy my House’ can not guarantee the integrity and accuracy of each ad produced. In the case that users give false or incorrect information, then they shall take full responsibility for any issues that may arise.
‘Buy my House’ may eliminate any publications of properties advertised on the website if they are not complying with the terms and conditions or if any ilegal actions are taking place.
Register
For the user to be able to upload a property on the real estate website ‘Buy My House’ they will need to register and fill in the online forms that include details of their: Name, address, telephone number etc. This information will be held under the strictest confidence.
